Decimal System Beads in Montessori PreK

This week in the Montessori PreK the students learned more about Decimal System with Montessori beads. They also started learning the Montessori 45 Card Layout.
The Montessori 45 Layout is an early introduction to place value. Students explore and build physical place value charts on the floor with Golden Beads and large number cards, units through thousands. This layout helps them visualize and develop an understanding of place value, order of numbers, and concentration.
